In this post, we’ll explore seven successful no-code SaaS products that have each generated at least $5,000 in revenue.
Of course, no code SaaS need no code tools – so we’ve included no code tech stack for each.
And, before you trust fund babies pooh-pooh five grand as ‘chump change’, some of the examples have earned much more.
Keep reading to the end for a bonus resource on where we found these ideas!
1. Coverdoc
Tech stack: Softr (frontend), Airtable (backend), OpenAI (AI) and Zapier (automation)
Coverdoc generates custom cover letters using AI based on users’ resumes and job descriptions.
It automates a time-consuming task for job seekers and costs just $10 for 20 cover letters.
Launched in March 2023, it has earned nearly $10,000 by mid-2024, with 14,000 sign-ups and 16,000 cover letters created.
2. Typogram
Tech stack: Notion (Initial build), Webflow (Transitioned build), and later to custom code
Typogram helps businesses create logos and brand kits using AI and for $125, users can generate a complete brand kit, saving on design costs.
125 dollars is not cheap, but compared to hiring a graphic designer, it’s a compelling price.
Built initially using Notion and later Webflow, Typogram has made $5,000 from 100 users, offering a compelling alternative to hiring designers.
3. Actions
Tech stack: Bubble (full stack)
We don’t think we’ve made a SaaS idea post without at least one piggyback product, and that’s Actions, which allows users to embed custom widgets like charts, forms, and buttons into Notion pages.
Launched in 2022, it reached 1,000 users in four months and was sold on Acquire.com shortly after for mid-four figures.
Now, it offers paid plans starting at $6 per month.
Do you think the founder sold it for too little?
4. EZAI
Tech stack: Adalo (mobile-first no-code app builder)
EZAI is a mobile-first AI copywriting tool that creates blog posts, captions, and more.
Think of the usual things you can do with an AI writer – create blog posts, social media captions, product descriptions – but with a phone-friendly UI.
Though mobile-focused, it found its niche and grew to 12,000 users, generating $2,400 per month from paying customers.
5. Build The Keyword
Tech stack: Bubble
Build The Keyword simplifies keyword research, providing users with targeted keywords and valuable SEO data.
In just a few months, it amassed 379 paying users, generating $22,300 in revenue.
Perfect for those looking to automate SEO tasks (which is everyone doing SEO).
6. Userloop
Tech stack: Bubble
Woohoo! Another piggyback app!
Userloop integrates with Shopify to collect and analyze customer feedback through post-purchase surveys.
It has hundreds of users, a five-star rating on Shopify, and impressive growth as even at conservative estimates, it’s pulling in $2,900 per month.
In fact, looking at their website, this is the real deal.
They are a full-fledged SaaS that seems capable of directly competing with a custom-coded counterpart.
7. YVisuals
Tech stack: Bubble
YVisuals strips down Canva’s complexity, offering a streamlined AI-driven tool to create simple visuals.
After reaching 1,000 sign-ups, it was sold for $5,000.
The lesson? Take a feature from a larger SaaS and make it your own.
